PorchOps is the AI back office for non-technical solo founders running $5K to $500K ARR micro-SaaS businesses. It connects to Stripe, Gmail, GitHub, Vercel, and Posthog and runs the operational work with five named AI coworkers — Lou the bookkeeper, Frankie the support coordinator, Hank for customer success, Dale the chief of staff, Inky the communications writer. Drafts only by default; the founder approves before anything goes out. We never train AI models on customer data.
Five to ten million people now run micro-SaaS businesses they shipped on Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt, Bubble, or Cursor. They're making real money — Lovable hit $400M ARR in March 2026; Replit went from $10M to $100M ARR in nine months. They have no engineering team, no operations team, and no operational software designed for them. They run their business in five tabs: Stripe, Gmail, a notes app, a customer-shaped spreadsheet, and a Discord channel.
PorchOps is the back office for that founder. It connects to the tools they already use — Stripe, Gmail, GitHub, Vercel, Posthog — and runs the operational work with five named AI coworkers. The wedge is failed-payment recovery — every SaaS loses 5–10% of MRR to dunning every month, and most founders don't have time to chase it. Lou drafts cause-matched recovery emails the founder reviews and sends with one click. The other four agents cover support coordination (Frankie), customer success including trial activation (Hank), the operating rhythm and incident comms (Dale), and the entire external voice — changelog, lifecycle email, newsletter, social (Inky). Configuration, not code. Pre-built playbooks. The founder sets guardrails and the crew operates inside them.
Differentiator versus OpenAI Workspace Agents (April 2026): vertical, not horizontal. Solo SaaS founders running operational playbooks on their own Stripe and email data, not enterprise teams with ChatGPT Business seats. Different audience, different price, different problem.
The brand bet is that vertical wins when horizontal commoditizes — and that the five-agent crew is how a small team actually feels when the back office is running itself. Built by founders. We run on PorchOps.
We're pre-launch. Press placements ship as they land. If you've covered PorchOps or you'd like to, email [email protected].
