# PorchOps > PorchOps is the AI back office built for SaaS. A team of five agents > work together to run operations the way you would if you had the > time. Auto-approve anything. Audit everything. PorchOps is built for non-technical solo founders running $5K to $500K ARR SaaS who shipped on Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt, Bubble, or Cursor. Five named AI agents connect to the tools you already use and run the operational work. Drafts only by default; nothing sends or changes without your approval. ## Core pages - [Homepage](https://porchops.com): the jobs you can offload, the five-agent crew, the cross-agent flow, how it works, pricing, why we exist - [How to run a SaaS](https://porchops.com/how-to-run-a-saas): six functional areas every micro-SaaS converges on (Revenue, Customers, Support, Product, Communication, Rhythm) - [Revenue pillar](https://porchops.com/how-to-run-a-saas/revenue): the wedge expanded - [Agents](https://porchops.com/agents): the five named AI coworkers - [Failed Payment Recovery playbook](https://porchops.com/playbooks/failed-payment-recovery) - [The Platform](https://porchops.com/platform): connectors, primitives, the agent harness, and the audit log, built on Anthropic MCP - [Free leak audit](https://porchops.com/leak-audit): a hand-run audit of the last 90 days of a Stripe account, showing unrecovered failed-charge dollars and supplying drafted recovery emails. All five run in drafts-only mode on every tier. Auto-send is designed and not wired: no tier unlocks it today, and Frankie and Hank have no send permission at all. - Lou — Bookkeeper. Job: chase every failed payment. Reads the decline, pulls the customer's history, and drafts the recovery email while the charge is still warm. That is his shipped surface. The monthly close and the P&L are built but run on our own books, not a customer's: the runtime refuses their fan-out step in a drafts-only workspace, and every workspace ships drafts-only. Renewal tracking and expansion signals are designed, not built. - Frankie — Support coordinator. Job: clear the support inbox. Reads every inbound before you do, sorts real asks from noise, drafts replies in the founder's voice, and files bugs as Issues with reproduction steps. - Hank — Customer success. Job: catch a customer before they go quiet. Compares each customer's recent product activity against their own baseline and flags the ones that fell off. Check-in drafts go only to paying and expanding customers; a quiet trial user is surfaced but not written to. No trial nudges and no lifecycle cadence. - Dale — Chief of staff. Job: your Monday briefing. Rolls up last week (revenue, churn, what the crew ran, what's awaiting you) and has it waiting when you sit down. Also reads your market monthly and passes over what the rest of the crew learned nightly. Status-page and incident copy is written by the operator, not by Dale. - Inky — Communications writer. Job: write the changelog you keep skipping. Collects the week's shipped work from the ship log and drafts the entry in your voice, dated and ready for you to publish. Newsletter, social, and any mail written to the operator's OWN customers at a lifecycle moment are not built. ## Pricing Credit-denominated usage inside dollar-denominated subscription tiers. Each agent step (Frankie classify, Lou draft, Hank reason) costs a small number of credits priced from the work it does, so the published numbers are typical costs, not fixed prices. Same credit pattern Cursor, Replit, Lovable, and Bolt use. Annual is 33% off across all paid tiers. - Free: 200 credits at signup, then a Monday top-up that restores your balance to 50 credits each week (no top-up if you're already above it), continuing indefinitely. Drafts-only across all five agents. Every connector included. No BYOA. No card required. - Growth: $31/month billed annually, or $47/month billed monthly. 1,500 credits per month, with one-month rollover. Auto-send unlocked. Custom playbook builder. BYOA. 2 users, 1 app per workspace. Email support. - Growth+: $78/month billed annually, or $117/month billed monthly. 4,000 credits per month. Cross-app playbook sharing across your products. 5 users, 3 apps per workspace for running a portfolio. Priority email support. - Scale: $185/month billed annually, or $277/month billed monthly. 10,000 credits per month. Priority MCP routing, 25 concurrent runs, SOC 2 Type II planned. 15 users, 10 apps per workspace. Monthly founder office hours. - Enterprise: custom pricing, scales with credit allocation. Dedicated MCP, SOC 2 (planned), BAA, custom integrations, founder office hours. hello@porchops.com. - Ad-hoc credit packs: 500 for $25, 1,500 for $60, 3,000 for $100. They stack on your monthly balance and never expires. Not yet purchasable in-product. When your monthly credit budget runs out, the crew pauses until the next cycle, and unused credits on a paid tier carry forward one month. Metered overage is an Enterprise-contract option only, so on a self-serve tier your spend stops at your subscription. No surprise four-figure bills, ever. ## Recent changelog ## Glossary - [ARPU](https://porchops.com/glossary/arpu) - [churn](https://porchops.com/glossary/churn) - [decline code](https://porchops.com/glossary/decline-code) - [dunning](https://porchops.com/glossary/dunning) - [expansion revenue](https://porchops.com/glossary/expansion-revenue) - [failed payment recovery](https://porchops.com/glossary/failed-payment-recovery) - [hard decline](https://porchops.com/glossary/hard-decline) - [involuntary churn](https://porchops.com/glossary/involuntary-churn) - [MRR](https://porchops.com/glossary/mrr) - [smart retries](https://porchops.com/glossary/smart-retries) - [soft decline](https://porchops.com/glossary/soft-decline) - [voluntary churn](https://porchops.com/glossary/voluntary-churn) ## Key facts - Founded: 2026 - Headquarters: Delaware, USA (Stripe Atlas registered) - Team: 5 cofounders (one CEO, one COO, one CTO, two founding engineers).
