Frankie handles attachments above 5 MB without falling over.
A customer this week sent a support email with a 14 MB screenshot bundle. Frankie's previous attachment handling buckled at 5 MB and dropped the message into a spam-classification fallback. Travis caught it in the inbox and corrected.
The fix: streaming attachment ingestion plus a hard 25 MB ceiling beyond which Frankie flags-and-escalates rather than processing. PDF, image, and common document formats are read for context (no executables, no unfamiliar formats).
Existing audit logs were re-classified. The customer who sent the screenshot bundle got a real reply within an hour. Filed and closed.
